These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of goldenbusinesspath.com (the “Site”), operated by NBBN LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, doing business as Golden Business Path (“Golden Business Path”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About the Site and Our Services
The Site provides general information about Golden Business Path’s fractional COO services for business owners and leadership teams (the “Services”). The Site does not sell Services online. Any Services are provided only under a separate written proposal or engagement agreement, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
2. Booking an Ops Stability Call
You can request a 30-minute Ops Stability Call through Google Calendar appointment scheduling (Google LLC), a third-party scheduling service, which has its own terms and privacy policy, or through our contact form, and we’ll reply within 1 business day to set a time. The call is an introductory conversation to see whether we are a fit. It does not create a client, consulting or advisory relationship, and either side may decide not to proceed. Please do not share confidential information during the call that you are not comfortable sharing before an agreement is in place. We may reschedule or cancel calls when needed.
3. Information on the Site
Descriptions of the Services, the 3R Framework, examples and other content on the Site are for general information only, may change without notice, and are not an offer. Scope, deliverables, timing and fees are binding only when stated in a signed proposal or engagement agreement.
4. No Professional Advice
Content on the Site and conversations about the Services are general business and operations guidance. They are not legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, insurance, employment-law or HR-compliance advice. You should consult qualified professionals for those matters. You remain responsible for your business decisions, your compliance with laws and regulations, and how you implement any recommendations.
5. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any particular outcome, including revenue, profit, margin, employee retention, reviews, efficiency or time savings. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your team, market conditions and how recommendations are carried out.
6. Use of the Site
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation or security tools, scraping it in bulk, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
7. Communications
When you book a call, send our contact form or email us, you consent to receive replies and service-related communications from us electronically, including by email and, if you provide a phone number, by phone. We send marketing emails only if you opt in on our contact form, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site’s content, including its text, graphics, logos, the Golden Business Path name and the 3R Framework name and materials, belongs to Golden Business Path or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print Site pages for your own internal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reuse the content without our written permission. Ownership and use of materials created during an engagement are governed by the engagement agreement.
Google, LinkedIn and other third-party names are the property of their owners. Golden Business Path is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Former employers named on the Site are listed only to describe professional experience and do not endorse Golden Business Path.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site links to third-party websites and services, including Google Calendar and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for their content, terms, availability or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Business Path and its owners, contractors and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from or related to your use of the Site or the Ops Stability Call. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Liability for paid Services is governed by the engagement agreement.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Golden Business Path and its owners, contractors and agents from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless a signed engagement agreement provides a different dispute process.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about your use of the Site; a signed proposal or engagement agreement governs any Services.
