For over two decades, I’ve been leading teams, fixing operations, and helping people turn big ideas into real, functioning businesses. My path’s been a bit unconventional, from a boots-on-the-ground Army officer to boardroom operator in solar, marketing, and beyond, but one thing’s always been consistent: I get business done, and I help others do the same.

These days, through the Golden Business Path, I work with founders, executives, and teams who are in growth mode (or in “we-didn’t-plan-for-this-much-growth” mode). I help them build structure without losing soul, improve results without burning out, and develop leadership teams that actually like working together. Yes, that’s possible.

I’ve led ops for companies with thousands of employees, implemented EOS® across multiple orgs, and walked CEOs back from the edge of burnout, all while keeping a straight face and a sense of humor.
