Our founder’s story
Our founder, Pritpal Aujla, joined the Army in 2002, and it was a turning point. The commission came in 2005, followed by service as an Army Infantry officer with combat deployments and a Bronze Star. That was 14 years in all, through 2016, including National Guard service.
“Mission First, People Always” was more than a motto. It shaped how we see leadership. Leading soldiers teaches you about people, teamwork and the need for clarity. You learn what moves people, and how much clear communication matters when the stakes are high. Leading soldiers isn’t so different from leading a business. Both take focus, the ability to adapt, and a human approach. Those lessons still guide every decision we make.

How we work
We keep it simple: cut the fluff and focus on what matters. You don’t hire a full-time exec and you don’t buy new software. We work side by side with you to get the right people and processes aligned through the 3R method: Retention. Rhythm. Results. As our founder puts it: “My responsibility is to grow the wisdom of others and to lead them to solving their own problems.”
